If you reference to "your other home" refers to the other forum, the answer is yes I did address the same concerns there re: the search function as I did here along with some related issues with my IPhone.
The persons in charge over there replied promptly that they were working on the concerns I expressed.
On the other hand, at this forum I raised the same issue about how to use the search function nicely publicly in the forum and through several separate emails, none of which were ever addressed by anyone at least directly.
Now to use your comparison, no this is not IBM or AT&T, but in all honestly I feel that in a forum like this, I should have at least been answered that 1) my concerns were valid and 2) if so, that you were trying to correct the problems.
Just keep in mind again that my first several emails which were not addressed were asked in a civil manner about a legitimate issue.
The "complaint" you refer to has more to do with these emails being completely ignored rather than at least being acknowleged.
